Schools Programme

A clear institutional pathway for primary and secondary schools ready to grow character with intention.

Overview

Programme overview

The RISE Schools Programme helps primary and secondary schools intentionally develop respect, integrity, empathy, and service, through age-appropriate lessons, teacher development, family engagement, and measurable culture practices.

It is designed for schools that want more than a theme week: a coherent pathway that fits real timetables, respects teacher workload, and centres child protection.

Outcomes

Benefits for schools

Shared language

Students, staff, and families use consistent values language across contexts.

Teacher confidence

Educators receive practical facilitation tools, not scripts that ignore classroom reality.

Culture, not events

Routines and leadership structures reinforce lessons beyond a single period.

Safeguarding alignment

Programme delivery sits inside clear child protection expectations.

Parent partnership

Families are invited into the journey with accessible, respectful resources.

Room to grow

Schools can deepen practice over time without restarting from zero each term.
